Obtain four from the species of the bird then incline them to you;
Place on every mountain a portion from it;
The possessors of wings that swim or float in the air.
Birds traveling and riding with wings in assemblies arranged in formation show that not an animal that flies on its wings is but a community like yours. The African-Americans who are assembled here in America are a people that are blindly subservient to the needs of others and are failing to seek the guidance of the Qur'an to advance themselves. Their neglect of this guidance will be made public for all to see on the day of judgement. Take from the bird then incline it to you to advance your community with the human forms of Culture, Education, Government and Religion. These are the four mountains to be established in your government.
