Guidance Made Clear 7:100
Has He not made guidance clear to those owners who dwelled and take possession in the earth after destruction of its former people; if We willed, We could cause affliction to them for their sin, disobedience and forbidden behavior like We did their predecessors? We could close their hearts and put a seal over their ears, so they perceive not, and truth does not penetrate their hearing and they do not recognize what has absolute validity for intelligence and they listen not to religious warning nor hear a reminder. Clear Guidance evolves intelligence and enhances cultural traditions of those who dwell in the land. These traditions can bring man’s moral life and behavior to the highest standards or bring him to destructions as his conduct sinks to the lowest of the low when he fails to use his intellect.
