Be Sensitive to G-d's Word 3:39

The Angels faced him and addressed him while he was standing performing the prayer in the House of G-d - In the front room of the place of worship - Informing him of information of the gratifying news that he would be blessed with a child. His name will be John, acknowledging the true reality as the word from G-d. It is Jesus (upon him be peace), he is the son of Mary. John will be Chief over his people. For him is the highest place in rank of high standing and he forbids himself from sin and misdeeds. G-d chose him. He will be a prophet from the righteous of those who reach the peak of righteousness.

The quickest and most efficient way to change the perception of a people is that they become sensitive to the word of G-d. In this they can become cultured, refined and educated.
