Mutual Consultation (Shuraa) 42:38

Those who receive a request from their Lord and they perform it completely, opening with glorification and closing with salutation. Their interaction or request of mutual consultation between them who spend out of what we give them from the generous surplus. They give freely so one can extract the best ideas, the best suggestions like extracting honey from the intellectual hive of the group. It’s not going to be easy!

All of us are created by G-d with the same human essence and with the same human potential and our affairs should be conducted according to the teachings of G-d in the Qur'an, and in Prophet Muhammad’s example. Mutual consultation should be at least the ability to go and consult the Qur'an and come up with guidance for every situation!
