By the soul and the One Who made it perfectly balanced, and gave the soul inspiration for enlightenment and a regard for righteousness. Verily, he is an accomplished winner who develops it by correcting, and verily he is a loser who suppresses its growth.
Allah has implanted in human being nature the feeling or sense of what is good or bad. Whoever looks out for the proper growth and refinement of his own soul, he will be successful even if he is male or female, regardless of ethnicity. And whoever neglects it will be assured to fail.
