Establish prayer for remembrance and contemplation of G-d. Prayer is a form of remembrance that purifies, cleanses and lifts us from vulgar degrading things we do such as drugs, and fornication.
With every difficulty comes ease. However, we must accept some difficulty such as the storms that are forces of nature, causing the intelligence to contemplate the Power, Will, and Mercy of the Creator.
