A Representative Sent From Among You 2:151

We have delegated from among you a representative with Our religious instruction bringing you signs and logic and admonitions and purging you from idol worship with the wisdom from the revelation of the Qur'an advising you on what you were not knowing. Man has throughout history strayed away from the correct worship of a Higher or Greater Being than himself.

We recognize that Prophet Muhammed (the seal of all the prophets) was sent to us all to promote freedom of religion and freedom from all forms of slavery - and not just physical slavery. During more modern times people are more often slaves to falsehood, ignorance and corruption which enslaves the mind or our thinking.
