Those who obey the call of their Lord, are those who perfect the lawful worship beginning with glorification and ending with salutation, who invest what they have been provided with among themselves in order to extract the best ideas. They also contribute freely in the group interest with grace and excellence from whatever We have blessed them with.
The best leadership is one that expects, respects, and values the rights and participation of its members. Whether it be a family, a community, or a governmental body, opportunities and challenges demand the collective resources of the best qualified persons in a consultative group in order to extract the best ideas and opinions.
Selection should be based on qualification and experience not friendship, or some other arbitrary measure. A convener who organizes the gathering is more preferable than a dictator who simply enforces his or her opinion on the group.
