Keeping the Soul Balanced 91:7-10

The Creator has made the soul of the human being with a potential for knowledge and obedience. The soul is created, with honorable characteristics, instincts, upright, and without defects, in perfect harmony, and with a balanced nature. This balanced nature is naturally obedient to its Creator, but the environment, with its influences, like impure or weak knowledge through the media for example, makes the human being turn away from obedience.

This balanced nature of knowledge and obedience guarantees the soul will be successful and achieve, if it cleanses and corrects itself and spends its energy to grow in knowledge and obedience. Therefore, the opposite is true, and the soul is guaranteed to fail if it does injustice and oppression to itself and seeks out disgraceful acts by neglecting to grow in knowledge and regardfulness.
