And battle them until there are no affairs or tribulations, there is compliance with the revealed law, and there is obedience to the worship of Allah. However, if they react to the ban, let there be no attacks except against the unjust and sinful violence of the transgressors.
There will always be snares that can influence the society. Those who believe in G-d will continue to battle for a righteous society. Responding to the transgressors with power will establish a model community free from their sinful acts.
